Founder & Lead InstructorSimon Hugh dedicated seven years of service in the United States Army and Army National Guard as an Infantryman and Infantry Officer and is currently serving his community as a Law Enforcement Officer in South Florida. Throughout that time Simon founded his own training platform Baseline Training that seeks to provide smalls arms consultation for the responsibly armed citizen.
Baseline Training’s “Educate, Outfit, and Train” approach has led this platform to provide a wide range of services and training opportunities for its students. From the coaching beginners on the basic shooting fundamentals to pushing the envelope with challenging Night Vision and Armed Citizens Courses. Baseline Training continues to fuel the industry with a high level of training and insight for the responsibly armed citizen community.
